Once you receive your order, cupcakes are best consumed that day. They will keep in an airtight container for two days. Please however avoid the fridge as this will dry them out. Cookies will keep in an airtight container for five days and also keep them out of the fridge.
All products are baked from scratch using the freshest ingredients. No baking occurs till the order comes in.
Our products are made in an environment which contains nuts, and some of our products contain nuts also. If you are unsure, don't risk it.
You order and pay online through the website. The cut off time is 12pm for your order to be delivered next business day.
If you have made an error with your order, please call us to amend.
Unfortunately, no refund will be given due to the nature of the product.
There is no confirmed delivery time, however your order should arrive by 12 noon.
